We might be a little late to the party, but we are now asking all of our lovely clients, past and present to leave their reviews on our Google Page now.
Until now, we have been asking clients to leave feedback on our facebook page or for each act on our main website. Over the past 5 years, we have had such glowing reviews, full of compliments for our amazing wedding singers and live bands. It is going to take a little while to contact everyone, but if you are one of our wonderful clients, we would be so grateful to you if you have the time to do this. A big thank you in advance!

June has been filled with live music bookings for weddings, birthday parties and anniversary celebrations. In the last few days, ELM Agency have received such lovely emails and we wanted to share them with you as we have had some very happy clients this month. Well done and a big thank you to Elkie, Detroit Steppers and Gatbsy’s Jukebox for their super work.
Saturday 9th June was the wonderful wedding of Lucy and Rob.
Here were their words about Detroit Steppers:-Detroit Steppers were absolutely incredible! We had them play at our wedding at the beginning of the summer. They brought so much energy to the day. Pretty much everyone was on the dance floor, which I’ve never seen at a wedding before! It’s safe to say they made the reception spectacular and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Saturday 30th June was a busy day. Firstly we had Jane’s 50th Birthday Party and Elkie, our wonderful solo singer, provided the entertainment,. In Jane’s words:- She was absolutely wonderful. It was all so easy and she just made the evening so very special. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Also, on Saturday 30th June, we had the incredible Gatsby’s Jukebox playing for Michelle’s 40th Birthday Party and Michelle said:-They were amazing. Really nice people and very professional.The music was exactly what I wanted. The first set really got people in the mood and then the more upbeat music was amazing too. They were brilliant. Everyone enjoyed them.

Lock and Key , one of ELM Agency’s finest acoustic duos, performed a full evening of live music this Saturday for a Surprise 70th Birthday. The birthday party was held at La Galleria Restaurant in Yateley, Hampshire and I hear that the Italian Cuisine was superb! Our lovely acoustic duo were treated to a full three course dinner! Lucky them!!
From the look of these pictures, it seems that Lock and Key had a very fun filled evening and I got some wonderful feedback this morning from the client:-

Last weekend, on Saturday 18th June 2016, ELM Agency the wedding music specialist supplied not one, but two incredible live bands for a truly wonderful wedding. Emily, the company director at ELM Agency was absolutely thrilled to get this marvellous feedback from the client. Have a read . . .
OMG, Emily I can’t thank you enough! The bands just nailed it,absolutely superb! I knew it was going to be good night when everyone was dancing to the sound check. The first band that Vicki (the brides’ mother) booked, wasShane – The Swing Singerwith his 4 piece band. Here is a little pic of Shane and the beautiful bride, Faye.
Shane is an exceptionally talented Jazz and Swing Singer singing the hits of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong, Michael Bublé and many more.
The wedding which was set in stunning tipi tents in the farmyard fields of Dunmow, Essex was an incredible event; planned to perfection by the Bride’s devoted mother. Take a look at some of the photos from the day. You might even get a bit of inspiration if you’re planning your own wedding! I have to say that the sweetie basket with the ‘Rules of the Dancefloor’ board is a personal favourite of mine!
After the wedding breakfast (which was a very original choice of Paella), the evening guests arrived and then the entire wedding party danced the night away ELM Agency’s superb wedding band,‘The Cool Cats’ .
The Cool Cats are one of ELM Agency’s most popular party bands and perform regularly at weddings, birthday parties and corporate events all across the UK and internationally too. The band is made up of some of London’s finest session musicians who collectively have played with the likes of Rita Ora, The Lighthouse Family, James Arthur, Florence and The Machine and also appeared regularly on TV and at concerts worldwide.
The Cool Cats are also very well known and respected for their extensive song list covering songs from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and always bringing it right up to date with all of the current chart hits. As well as this, The Cool Cats always offer to learn one special request for your wedding which of course, is usually the first dance.
On Saturday, The Cool Cats invited a special guest up to the stage to perform the first dance with them. The Bride’s brother, Ollie, delivered an emotional performance and delighted the happy couple. And then everyone continued to dance away for the hours that followed.
ELM Agency were so thrilled to be part of this special day and have loved looking through the beautiful wedding pictures. A big congratulations to Mr and Mrs Lambert – ELM Agency, Shane – The Swing Singer and The Cool Cats wish you every happiness for your future.
ELM Agency and thrilled to welcome on board our latest addition, INFINITY. Infinity are a top class wedding band who have over 25 years experience. I am really thrilled to welcome to ELM Agency, The Shoop Shoops. You may recognise the lead singer, Larissa as she is one half of our wonderful duo – Lock and Key . Lock and Key have performed at a number of events for ELM Agency over the past year and have always received outstanding feedback.
With the new and exciting band line up ready to go, The Shoop Shoops have a fantastic new video which will give you an idea of some of the music they perform. The wedding band’s set list includes artists such as:- Michael Jackson, AC/DC, The Police, Daft Punk, Bruno Mars, All Saints, The Kinks and Kings of Leon. There is a little something for everyone, but as well as their terrific repertoire, The Shoop Shoops are always happy to learn requests for wedding first dances or for special song requests for birthday parties.
The musicians who form The Shoop Shoops are very experienced individuals and above all, are incredibly fun with infectious energy that always fills a dance floor! Thanks for your email. I was going to email you today anyway with feedback about the band: they were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!
All 3 of them were lovely. They arrived in good time, they were polite, friendly and professional and also looked the part which was a bonus. Most importantly they sounded amazing. They created just the atmosphere I wanted – cool, classy and fun – and everybody loved them. They really added the wow factor to the party and made it a memorable event. It’s just a shame the set finished all too quickly.. everybody wanted more! I would love to hear them play again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Oh and you wouldn’t know that they had only just learned my two song requests- both were performed flawlessly.
Re the booking process- it was great. It felt both personal and professional. You always responded quickly to my emails and of course you and the band went over and above to ensure the set list was exactly to my liking
I will certainly recommend you if I know anyone looking to book live music.
Overall an excellent experience from start to finish and I can’t wait for the next party as I will be contacting you and booking Lock and Key again (not sure when it will be- perhaps same time next year?)
