Dear Emily.

Thanks for your email.  I was going to email you today anyway with feedback about the band: they were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

All 3 of them were lovely.  They arrived in good time, they were polite, friendly and professional and also looked the part which was a bonus.  Most importantly they sounded amazing.  They created just the atmosphere I wanted – cool, classy and fun – and everybody loved them. They really added the wow factor to the party and made it a memorable event.  It’s just a shame the set finished all too quickly.. everybody wanted more!  I would love to hear them play again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Oh and you wouldn’t know that they had only just learned my two song requests- both were performed flawlessly.

Re the booking process- it was great.  It felt both personal and professional.  You always responded quickly to my emails and of course you and the band went over and above to ensure the set list was exactly to my liking 

I will certainly recommend you if I know anyone looking to book live music.

Overall an excellent experience from start to finish and I can’t wait for the next party as I will be contacting you and booking Lock and Key again (not sure when it will be- perhaps same time next year?)

I will definitely go on your website and leave feedback.
