Something our followers may or may not know, is that behind all of the incredible acts that we look after at ELM Agency, is another performer tapping away behind the keyboard, and that is myself, Emily. Hey! (wave emoji)
I have been a singer for over 15 years now and have run an agency alongside, for almost all of that time! It kind of just happened naturally, because I was often getting double booked for events and therefore recommending wonderful friends and colleagues. But over the years, ELM Agency has grown it’s own wings becoming something I dearly love. I am so proud of the incredible suppliers, venues, clients and wedding planners that we get to work with every year.
Most of all, I am also exceptionally proud of the talented artists that I work with and represent. Almost every single one of the acts whom work for us, I have a personal connection with. Whether that’s a 10 year old friendship, or perhaps meeting more recently whilst working on an event together. And that is one of the primary things that makes us quite different from many music agents.
I know the acts, I trust them, I can personally vouch for them being exceptionally reliable and I am very fond of them all, (and hopefully they’re fond of me too!).
We have no ‘one size fits all’ ; and we manage every event with personal and bespoke approach.
I know first hand, after thousands of events myself, how much hard work it takes to pull these things together and when we are talking about weddings in particular, we know how much these special days mean to you. We want to get it right, not just right, but perfect if we can!

Singing was my first love, and although superseded by my two gorgeous little girls, it remains my second love.
I hope we get to bring music to hundreds more events over the next few years and that we can continue to work with more amazing venues, suppliers, clients, planners and of course, our incredible musicians!
